Level 3: The Human Resource module introduces learners to the basics of HR management, including employee recruitment and selection procedures, employee training and development, performance appraisal management, employee relations, motivation and counselling, ensuring health and safety at the workplace, employer record and statistics, and essential UK employment law. Upon completion, learners will have a solid foundation in HR management, making them well-equipped to take on entry-level HR positions.

Level 5: The Payroll Management course builds on the basics of payroll and focuses on the UK payroll system, payroll processing, and e-submissions. Learners will develop an understanding of payroll policies and procedures, pay elements, pension schemes, and the legal requirements associated with payroll management. Upon completion, learners will have the knowledge and skills needed to manage payroll processing and e-submissions effectively.

Level 6: In the Process Payroll module, learners will gain practical experience in payroll processing, including adding and editing employee records, processing payroll for different months, resetting payments, and performing year-end procedures.
